(1) Installation Steps


1. Clean the pipe and brass socket coupling surfaces to ensure no oil or impurities.

2. Select the connection method based on the type:

· Welded type: Use copper or silver brazing to fill the socket gap, forming a seal after cooling.

· Threaded type: Wrap Teflon tape or apply sealant, tighten to the appropriate torque.

· Crimped type: Align the socket and use a crimping tool to extrude evenly to the specified mark.

3. Test tightness: Pressurize with water or air to check for leaks.


(2) Maintenance Notes


· Avoid long-term exposure to strong acids or alkalis to prevent brass corrosion.

· After disassembling the threaded fittings, replace the sealing material before reinstalling.
